The Volger Technical Services (VTS)
Parts Store ("G-wagenaccessories") Web site (the "Site") is
available for use conditioned upon the acceptance, without
modification or exception, of all terms, conditions and
agreements contained herein (the "Conditions of Use"). If you do
not agree to these Conditions of Use you may not use this Site.
Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the
Conditions of Use.
Additional Terms: At times, VTS may
present offers or features on the Site which contain additional
conditions (the "Additional Conditions"). In the event that the
Additional Conditions conflict with the Conditions of Use, the
Conditions of Use shall control.
Changes in Conditions of Use:
VTS reserves the right to periodically change these
Conditions of Use without notice. You are responsible for
regularly reviewing these Conditions of Use. Your continued use
of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes to the
Site or the Conditions of Use.
Prohibited Actions: Except as
otherwise stated herein, Site users may not copy, reproduce,
distribute, publish, modify, transmit, license, display,
transfer, perform, create derivative works from, sell or
otherwise make use of in an unauthorized manner, any
information, graphics, code, designs, interfaces, or services
obtained from the Site without written permission from VTS.
Additionally, users are prohibited from uploading or placing any
commercial content to the Site or from using the Site for
solicitations of any kind without written permission from VTS.
Permitted Actions: Site users may
electronically copy and/or print a hard copy of portions of the
Site for the limited and sole purpose of placing an order with
VTS / G-wagenaccessories. You further agree not to alter or
delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from
the Site.
Typographical Errors: In the event
that a product or service is listed on the Site at an incorrect
price due to typographical error or error in pricing information
received from VTS suppliers, VTS shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at
the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been
confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your
credit card has been charged prior to the order being cancelled,
VTS shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount
charged at the incorrect price.
Third Party Links: As an added value
to users, the Site may contain links to other Internet sites
that are owned and operated by third parties, and who are not
affiliated with VTS ("Third Party Sites"). VTS has no control
over or responsibility for the content, conditions of use,
privacy policy and/or data collection practices associated with
these Third Party Sites. You access these sites at your own
risk.
Disclaimer: VTS makes no warranties or
representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of
the contents of the Site or any Third Party Sites. VTS shall not
be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental,
or punitive damages resulting from access to or use of any
content of the Site or Third Party Sites.

PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER

EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR USE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER
VIRUSES, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE
OF PERFORMANCE. VTS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SITE
OR ITS APPLICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR
REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR RELIABILITY
OF THE MATERIALS AND CONTENTS CONTAINED HEREIN.
Indemnification: By using the Site,
you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VTS, its
successors and assigns, from and against all losses, expenses,
damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees,
resulting from any violation of these Conditions of Use, or from
any activity (including negligent, wrongful, or criminal
conduct) related to your Internet account whether performed by
you or by any person accessing the Site using your Internet
account.
Governing Law: Use of the Site,
including all transactions arising there from, shall be governed
by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its
choice of law provisions. By using the Site you agree that
jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceedings involving
VTS shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los
Angeles, California. VTS's failure to enforce strict compliance
with any provisions of the Conditions of Use shall not be
construed as a waiver of any provision or rights. The Conditions
of Use shall not be modified by either course of conduct between
the parties or trade practice. VTS may assign its rights
relative to the Conditions of Use to any party at any time
without notice to you.
Shipping & Returns
Returns
If VTS / G-wagenaccessories ships the
wrong part or a defective part, we will refund 100% of your
invoice, including the return shipping. (We will not refund more
shipping than was originally charged.) For regular returns,
there is a restocking fee of 15% for items returned within 30
days of receipt. After 30 days there are NO refunds. There are
NO refunds on shipping. Do not send returns by COD. We will
refuse them. Refunds require copy of original invoice. We will
not refund parts that have been used, previously installed,
painted, or modified. NO refunds on special order parts or
electrical parts. Many times we will ask that you pay a deposit
on special order parts.
Shipment Damage & Claims
Once your shipment leaves VTS /
G-wagenaccessories or its shipping agent, it becomes the
responsibility of the shipping company. Once you sign for the
package, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. We package
your items very well to prevent damage. When the package
arrives, open it and inspect the contents for damage in the
presence of the driver. If the parcel is damaged in transit,
make sure the driver makes note of this at the time of delivery.
It is your responsibility to inform the carrier and to file the
claim. We cannot make a damage claim for you. Call
1-800-PICK-UPS or log on to ups.com to file your claim. UPS will
issue a claim number and when approved we can replace your
part(s). Hold onto all original packaging materials so that they
can be inspected by a Claims Representative, if necessary. All
shipments are automatically insured up to $100 and we will
insure for face value if this service is requested by the
customer.
Shipping Policy
Our Carriers include UPS, UPS Freight
and the United States Postal Service. We support all levels of
UPS service. However, we request that you call to place orders
where Next Day Air service is required. Orders are shipped
within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3PM on Friday, as well as
orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following
Monday. If the following Monday is a National Holiday, we will
ship on the next business day. We charge a $1 flat handling
charge to cover shipping supplies. Custom packaging for some
parts, such as large items, will carry an additional charge. All
additional charges will be listed in the product description. If
you supply us with a working email address, we will send the
shipment tracking information to you as a service.

VTS / G-wagenaccessories respects the
privacy of its online customers and is committed to protecting
their information on our web site. Whether you are a current
customer or just visiting online, we safeguard the information
you provide to us. We only collect non-identifying information
about our visitors such as date and time our site was accessed,
what pages were visited, what servers were used, and the city,
state and country of the visitor as identified by the server
address. We collect this information to create summary
statistics and determine the level of interest in our
information made available on our web site that helps us to
establish products and services to best meet our customers'
needs.
Visitors may elect to submit personal
information via e-mail. This information may be used internally
by VTS, as appropriate, to handle the sender's request. It is
not disseminated or sold to other organizations.

message and our response to ensure quality customer service.
Please remember that e-mail is not necessarily secure against
interception, and you should be cautious when sending e-mail

as your bank account, charge card number - you may want to
contact us by postal mail or telephone.
We use personal access codes and
passwords to identify our authorized customers. Our security
measures rely on these codes remaining confidential and we
strongly recommend that you do not share these access codes and

Security Features
Our Web site design features multiple

during a customer's log-in session. We employ Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) protocol for data encryption, firewalls, unique
identifiers and passwords, and continual suspect monitoring and
reporting. Consistent invalid ID attempts result in user "lock
out" and generation of suspect reports. Customers are logged off
after a period of inactivity as a deterrent to access by

All data exchanged over the Internet
is divided into small units and sent in envelope-type packets.
Upon arriving at the computer that requested the information,
the packets are reassembled into the original message.
For Internet transactions and
