Return Policy

If G-wagenaccessories/VTS ships the wrong part or a defective part, we will refund 100% of your invoice, including the return shipping, as long as the item is still in like new condition, unaltered, never installed and returned in it's original packaging. All returns need to be complete, including all hardware. (We will not refund more shipping than was originally charged.) Any products resold to a third party are not eligible for returns. 

For regular returns, there is a restocking fee of up to 30% for items returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days there are NO refunds. There are NO refunds on shipping. We do not issue return labels for returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

All returned items require a RMA # issued by G-Wagenaccessories.com and must be shipped in its original packaging as received (absolutely no exceptions), properly and securely packaged, pre-paid at the buyer's expense, including duties, customs, and any special handling charges, which may apply. Returns sent by COD will be refused.

Refunds require a copy of original invoice. We will not refund parts that have been used, previously installed, painted, modified, resold to a third party or parts which are returned incomplete. Absolutely NO refunds on special order parts or electrical parts. All special order items will have to be paid in full at order placement.

All items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until they are delivered back to us. We highly recommend using a traceable, insured method of shipping such as FedEx or UPS.

If your return does not meet our conditions and we deem the return not eligible for a refund, you will be given the option to have the returned goods returned to you at your expense.

If you wish to cancel your order once it has been placed, please note there will be a 10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund, for non refundable credit card processing and merchant fees that we've incurred.

All foreign orders are considered special orders and excluded from returns.
